A mother is she who can take the place of all others but whose place no one else can take.”
With hearts brimming with love and gratitude, Suncity School, sector-45, celebrated Mother’s Day on Saturday, 10th May 2025 - a heartfelt tribute to the guiding lights of our lives: our mothers.
Rooted in our belief that learning becomes truly meaningful when it is lived and felt, the celebration transcended a typical event. It was a vibrant experience filled with love, bonding, and heartfelt appreciation. As Tony Fadell aptly said, “Learning by doing is the only way I know how to learn,” the occasion offered our learners a real-life platform to express emotions, forge deeper connections, and internalize the value of gratitude through active participation and performance.
A mother’s love is life’s greatest gift - pure, unconditional, and enduring. With immense affection and reverence, the celebration honoured these extraordinary women - our first mentors, protectors, and unwavering supporters.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by the Head Girl and Head Boy, followed by a touching address by Head Girl Neymat Kaur Vedi, who eloquently expressed heartfelt thanks to all mothers, setting the tone for a celebration of love, music, and meaning.
