Admission To Pre Nursery And Nursery:

Announcements for admission to the Elementary Years Programme is made through the school website as well as via an advertisement in a leading newspaper in August (tentatively). Prospective parents are advised to visit the school website for further information and updates.

Admission To Kindergarten, Grades I To V:

Students are admitted throughout the year depending on the availability of seats. The school gives preference to siblings and transfer cases. There is no entrance exam for or interview of the child/parents . The admission is granted solely on the basis of filling the online admission form, submitting the child’s report card from the previous school, a copy of the birth certificate and address proof. It is mandatory for both parents to fill a questionnaire within the school premises at the time of submitting the documents.

Admission From Grades Vi To Ix:

Applications are accepted throughout the term depending on the availability of seats in the class to which admission is sought. The school gives preference to siblings and transfer cases. It is mandatory for those applying for admission to fill in the form online at-www.suncityschool.in. The child will have to appear for an entrance test based on the CBSE syllabi or the International syllabi- Cambridge i.e. CIE. The entrance exam is based on the syllabus of the previous class. The subjects tested are English, Mathematics and Science. The result of the entrance exam is declared within two working days. The child needs to score 60% in each subject to qualify for admission. Some of the guidelines one needs to follow for Admission are:

• Purchase the prospectus with the application form
• Fill in the application form for registration
• Check the age chart as on 30th of September for admission to the Early Years Programme
• Submit the application along with the previous class/ present class performance profile, a copy of the birth certificate for ID
• If your child is accepted, necessary deposits and fees should be made immediately
• Fees may be submitted after admission, along with four passport size photographs

Transfer certificate (TC) from the previous school and medical certificate form duly filled should also be submitted to complete the admission process. Please Note That The Number Of Seats In Each Class Is Limited And Registration Alone Does Not Guarantee Admission.
